Terms of Service | Mobius AI

These terms govern use of the MobiMotion applications and related services ("Service") provided by Mobius.AI, Inc. ("Mobius"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

THE SERVICE
MobiMotion provides transit dispatch, scheduling, and rider booking software operated on behalf of transit agencies. Your trips are provided by your transit agency; Mobius provides the software.

ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be authorized by a participating transit agency (as a rider, driver, or staff member) to use the Service.

TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
By providing your phone number and requesting a sign-in code, you consent to receive one-time passcodes and account-security messages by SMS. Message frequency varies with your use of the Service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For support, contact Inquiries@mobiusai.tech.

ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, no interference with operation, no use of the Service for any unlawful purpose.

DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobius disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Transit service itself (vehicles, drivers, schedules) is the responsibility of the operating transit agency.

CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We may update these terms by posting the revised version on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
