Mobius.AI, Inc. ("Mobius," "we," "us") provides transit dispatch and scheduling software, including the MobiMotion web and mobile applications used by transit agencies, their riders, and their drivers. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Account information: name, phone number, email address, and account credentials provided by you or the transit agency you ride with or work for.
- Trip information: pickup and drop-off locations, trip times, and service preferences needed to book and operate trips.
- Location information: driver location while a driver is on shift, collected to operate and track trips in real time; rider location only when you choose to share it in the app.
- Usage and device information: app version, device type, and diagnostic logs used to keep the service working.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use personal information to operate the service: booking and dispatching trips, verifying sign-in (one-time passcodes by SMS or email), sending operational trip notifications, providing support, and maintaining safety and security. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)
When you sign in or request a code, we send one-time passcodes and account-security alerts by SMS. Message frequency varies with your use of the service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies without exception.

Other personal information is shared only as needed to operate the service, and only with: the transit agency that provides your service, because they operate your trips; service providers that process data on our behalf under contract, such as cloud hosting and message delivery — our SMS provider receives only what is required to deliver a message to you and may not use it for any other purpose, including its own marketing; and authorities, when required by law.

SECURITY AND RETENTION
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and our agreements with transit agencies.

CHILDREN
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

CHANGES
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
